I'm still just about alive! ;D Hows you?
I phoned the insolvency service today and they told me that they will be paying out which should take about six weeks once they get the required paperwork from the Administrators.

If you go to www.insolvency.gov.uk it has lots of info and you will need to print off and complete the RP1 form. Prepare yourself for a long wait though, I did mine about 6 weeks ago!

hi guys today my i have had enough of waiting so i phoned the insolvency agency the lady said that our claims had been referred to head office who had advised the insolvency agency not to pay out as the status of the comapny was still unclear!!!!!!!!!!!!! how much longer are they going to string us along. i asked for the number for head office to find out what was going on but ex employees cant have it _ i bet they can't! i then decided to phone my local mp for dover deal etc i have an appointment with him on the 21/10/2005 where i will take all the relevent info with me if you live in the dover deal area and have made a claim if you want me to include that email me with your details . i am not prepared to sit back any longer and wait for a cheque to drop on the mat . i suggest if anyone else lives in another area contact your local mp after all it is a government department that is supposed to be helping us and we have all paid in enough to get some back!!!!!! if we all get together we may get somewhere hope you are all ok hx ps if anyone wants to come with me fine the company would be great

I completely agree with you, my patience is also running out now as well as my overdraft limit! I also called the insolvency people who told me the same and were not very helpful! I emailed Stuart McGoldrick to see if he could let me know why we have not been paid if the company is not even in liquidation, but of course i havent recieved a reply yet. We should all stick together to get our money that is owed to us.
Does anyone know who we should see in the way of MPs for the Thanet area? and where to get the contact info?

The MP's are Steve Ladyman and Roger Gale depending on which part of Thanet you live - not sure of contact numbers. I have sent an email to HR explaining what the Insolvency service has said and am awaiting a reply.

Hi all after reading this thread and the one from cookie, "where have our wages gone" about the marketing pod up at Bluewater and the involvement of 2 ex company directors, I think it is disgraceful that nearly 2 months after the company going to the wall, you still haven't got what is owed to you. As well as contacting the Thanet MP's how about getting in touch with a local newspaper, that sort of coverage would not be welcomed by the ex directors and may get you somewhere.
