Ok after reading through the forum, I cant see a clear story as to wether or no we are gonna get paid?! So does anybody understand what is REALLy going on?
Will we get paid?
Do we need to claim it ourselves? Or will EUjet Pay it?
Im very confused!

Is it worth me calling the insolvency people to see whats going on today or are they still making a decision on the pay??

Hi everyone! just thought i would let you know, this morning i received an acknowledgement that the insolvency service received my claim and a form to claim for notice pay. However on my acknowledgement it states my basic pay is £250 per week. Is this the same for everyone?? Is this the maximum amount per week that they are going to pay??
I'm pleased that there's some good news! You never know my overdraft might be cleared soon..

hi guys i believe that the max payment per week is 280 so if your basic is not right tell them think that we will only get one week in lieu of noice but we will see at least we may get something and you never know maybe we will get the rest from the liquidator will call him next week hx

:DHi all, well received the pink form friday, the orange saturday and a white letter today outlining what they are paying me and advising it will be in my bank in 4 working days, they are taking tax at 22%, i had over £100.00 too much taken, i phoned the insolvency and they said they dont have personal tax codes so everyone is taxed at 22% and if we want to TRY and claim the tax back we have to contact inland revenue. As for the one week short notice payment that will be paid to us seperatley once they receive the forms back. one member of staff i use to work with actually received a payment cheque from the insolvency on saturday.
I phoned inland revenue about tax situation and was advised that when you take your p45 to your new employer you will get the tax refunded, however i pointed out that eujet had already given us our p45 and he said that if we dont receive an amended one which is very unlikely then the white statement from the insolvency will be sufficient. however if you are claiming Job seekers allowance then you cant claim the tax rebate! well were see about that as im going to the job centre this afternoon. Hope your all receiving the same info fro the insolvency and are all paid very soon
